A Double Saddle Blanket with a Grey Field and Six Red Boxes, Navajo, circa 1890 - 1900.

The blanket measures 35 inches wide by 51 inches long, as woven. Condition is excellent with less than 3% restoration. Colors are original and full.

The reds are handspun dyed with synthetic dyes; the brown and the whites are undyed handspun; the greys are undyed brown and undyed white fleeces carded and spun together to create grey.
